Raina the Halifax Mermaid is swimming in to visit kids and kids-at-heart during the Prismatic Arts Festival. Raina performs locally with her troupe the Halifax Mermaids. The mermaids have a special focus on children and empowering people to create a healthy ocean. At Prismatic, Raina will be sharing stories and myths of mermaids from around the world.
