Prismatic is hiring two positions – Technical Producer and Marketing Coordinator!

We are looking for a TECHNICAL PRODUCER who can:
- Assess and source production needs of artists’ performances and festival events
- Create pre-festival and production schedules
- Coordinate technical personnel with the Technical Director
- Assist with festival preparation as part of a supportive and adaptive team, working both independently and with guidance and collaboration
Start date – July 2nd, 2024
Duration – 9 weeks
Commitment – 30 hrs / week
Compensation – $17.50 / hour
Where – in person at Prismatic office
(possible work from home flexibility)
We are looking for a MARKETING COORDINATOR who can:
- Prepare marketing materials and press releases
- Create and post content on social media
- Prepare email, newsletter, and media communications
- Perform daily office and organizational tasks
- Assist with general festival preparations
Start date – July 2nd, 2024
Duration – 9 weeks
Commitment – 30 hrs / week
Compensation – $18 / hour
Where – in person at Prismatic office
